Did you receive a ticket?

If you received a ticket, you may plea guilty or not guilty.

Failure to respond to a summons can result in your driver’s license being suspended or a warrant being issued.

 

You may plea guilty by mail.  If you plea guilty by mail, before the court date listed on your summons, you do not need to appear in court.
